Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we can assure our customers of the quality of all our ergonomic products that have been designed for their structural support needs. 

However, in the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include a copy of your invoice with the reason for return, all original item(s) that are being returned, undamaged and in re-salable condition, within 30-days from the date of purchase in order to qualify for a refund.

All sales are final for irregular or discontinued products. All sales of DVDs are final and cannot be returned. Books that are returned must be in excellent condition with no marks, turned pages, bent covers, etc.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including returns and exchanges.

Digital products are nonrefundable and nontransferable. No refunds will be given for any reason. Your digital product link will expire in 24 hours, so make sure it is downloaded before this period expires. We are not responsible for any technical difficulties you may incur when attempting to download.
