Aston Kinetics: Beyond Fitness Training for Professionals Level II of III

A successful fitness instructor has the ability to see their clients as unique and are able to problem-solve for their individual needs. This 7-day course will be covering general fitness, senior fitness and more. This is the second level of three to be certified in Aston Fitness.
