We look forward to having your participation in this upcoming class! We ask that you please complete the two following tasks, and bring them with you on the first day.
Please print off 4 photos of your postural alignment. Below you will see a sample of how to take the photos. Please wear form fitting clothes, no shoes, and stand in front of a door or blank wall so that your postural alignment can be easily viewed and not disrupted with pretty pictures or a window. Please make 2 copies. One set will be for the instructors to help you, and the other is for you to study for your self.
Please print off the intake form found below and bring this with you on the first day. You only need one copy of this form, but please bring it with you on the first day.
