In the Aston Kinetics Sampler Class, you will:
- Learn how physical effort can be recycled into work/rest cycles
- Optimize daily actions with easy-to-use ideas that you can apply to sitting, bending, lifting, walking and reaching
- Experience new and effective ways of toning the abdomen and pelvic floor
- Rejuvenate your body by creating massage through movement, which can be experienced continuously
- A demonstration of an Aston concept applied to yoga or Pilates routines
